Due to the media coverage in May 2021, Sherwin-Williams reached out and offered to help with the anti-graffiti sealer. They also connected us with CP Painting, who donated the labor to apply the sealer. They have also gifted the paint and sealer for the Grant Plaza Hotel project, Dim Sum Corner’s Parklet project, and the sealer for Golden Gate Fortune Cookie Company mural project. In 2023, the Cal Bay District donated 81 colors for the 30’ x 30’ Lotus mural which is located at 696 Sacramento St. All leftover paint is used on the next mural project; which will be taking place this Fall 2024.

It’s been a great honor to have the support of the Portsmouth Parking Garage board members. Grant Plaza Hotel
Since July 2021, we have been very grateful for the fabric materials Grant Plaza Hotel donates to us. We are all about recycling and not letting things go to waste. For any fabrics that are no longer being used at the hotel, we cut them into the size we need for our projects - paint rags are crucial. In January 2023, we needed wind protection while working inside Portsmouth Parking Garage. The bed linen flat bed sheets were lifesavers from the cold wind and helped keep a barrier due to the heavy foot traffic. Thank you, Grant Plaza Hotel, for your support!
